Taglib searched

Hi,
i'm looking for a taglib, that allows to manipulate tags in an included JSP.
Something like:
(faked code)

The idea is that the <taglib:area> in the sample isn't shown by default and can be switched to visible from a including page, where the side navigation is desired. I started to write my own taglib yet, but maybe that's an old hat and i don't want to reinvent the wheel...
Does anybody know a free taglib for this functionality? Ideal were one where i could also change the class-attributes of the html-tags within the body of <taglib:area>

Thanks in advance

[edit] The sample is reduced for better comprehension, of course. I know that i could just skip the include. The concrete requirements are much more complicated.

I can't really tell what you are after. Is it a simple conditional tag like the JSTL's <c:if>?

P.S. "tablib"?

Hi Bear,
taglib is meant as a placeholder. The fact that you have no idea what i am looking for is reason enough to write it on my own .
Thanks

"taglig"?

My point is not that nothing like that exists, but that I'm not sure that you've done a clear job explaining what you are looking for.

Ok,
i changed the typos from "tablib" as well as "taglig" to "taglib".

Good evening (and some beers) from here and good afternoon to you, Bear.
I have a Sitemesh decorator and intend to manipulate my navigation in the decorating.jsp from the requested page.
My idea is that the web developer can decide wich parts of the navigation are shown respectively highlighted (change of the html class attribute).
