I have signed 2 years bond with a one of reputed company of india. this bond is one sided (if I leave I have to pay xyz amount and if company remove me they wont pay me any thing. but in bond company has stated that they will give expensive training to the candidate.(which is not expensive at all)). I have signed bond before 2 months, I found my self with sick mentality after signing this bond. I didnot get training yet. I didnot get appointment letter yet. But another company has given me the good offer, and i spoke to the HR of that company, he told me to leave that company, as there is no problem yet. i wanted to leave the current company. What do u think, should the current company will do any problem for me, if I leave?
correct. They didn't conform to their contract obligations and never even officially confirmed with you that you're even hired.
What I would do is get the other company to put their statement about there being no problem in writing and if possible get them to commit to pay any fines and legal cost. Either that and/or get a lawyer yourself to look into the matter.
