JSP Expression Language question

Hi All

I have a question. I am using JSTL1.0 and JSP2.0 and my dtd in web.xml is pointing to version 2.3. I am using weblogic8 as the server. My question is I could not use expression in a custom tag. Why? I have the .tld and tag class written.

Something like this:

<bi:showName value="${name}" />

There's your problem. Incompatible versions. This is all covered in the JSP FAQ.
