How many Instances will be created?

How many Instances will be created for one Servelt when 100 users will send 100 requests to server && How many servlets will be created.
Any one please tell me.

There will be only one Servlet instance. Each request will be processed by a thread.

And just to be a nasty stickler, I might add one instance per JVM. In a clustered environment, you may have three or four JVMs working to keep up with the workload. In that case, you'd have one instance per JVM.

And we could always talk about the SingleThreadModel as well, but that's another story.
