We can send error page in jap using Page diretive or else By using context.requestDispatcher() which one is best way way to improve the performence .

I'm not sure exactly what it is you are asking, but performance should be a non-consideration for these types of decisions.

When it comes to error handling, I declare error handlers in the deployment descriptors and keep all goo off the pages.
