to know how many tag libraries are there
and how many directives are there.

There are no tag libraries in the JSP API.

To find out about the JSP directives, look in the JSP Spec.
There is a link in my signature.

If, by tag libraries, you're referring to the JSTL, you can find both the API and the specification, here:
