how to display rounded box using custom taglib?

how to display rounded box using custom taglib?
well i can display a simple rounded box using custom taglib. but i wana make this kinda rounded box Rounded Corner the tag should look like this
<abc:tag>This text should be the body of rounded box will passes from jsp page.</abc:tag>
