Hi Can anyone tell me what exactly is the diference between web server & application server?? Currently I am using Apache Tomcat/4.1.34-LE-jdk14 for studying jsp.I think its a webserver as it only catains JSP & servlet container & not EJB container.SO is this the only difference between web & application server that it doesnt contain EJB container?? Please explain me this.
