taglib directive has invalid attribute:url

Hii ranchers,

iam trying some sample examples for jstl.i am using eclipse(Exadel studio).
i created a dynamic web project.in that i created a new jsp page and used jstl core library.

i gave taglib directive as

But when i try to access this page i get a

do i need to add any jar files? because i think container is unable to load the class to jsp.
