Including contents of an external page

Is it possible to include the contents of an external, i.e. another web site page, in a JSP? I was asked and, after looking at the JSP include action and directive documentation, it appears that only relative URLs may be specified. At this point, it seems to me that the only solution is to read the external page in the controlling servlet and then make the page text available to the JSP. Does anyone else have a better solution?

Look into JSTL's <c:import ../> tag.
