Comparison between BEA, IBM & Oracle for 2+ J2ee

Hi Guys,

I am having 2.3 yrs exp. in J2EE,
I am also having few quick questions:
Given a choice among

BEA Systems, Bangalore
Oracle, Bangalore
IBM, Gurgaon (ISL Division)

which one to choose?
Which one is the best paymaster?
Which one has good techi work?

Please suggest,

Oracle:good work and good money
BEA: not so good work but better money

IBM:Not so good work and not so good money


In the ISL division, which works on IBM products, the money is good. Atleast it is comparable to Oracle. Depending on your luck you can get good work also. Do you know which product/platform you will be put into?

IBM has also started some research division in Bangalore in addition to its old Solution Research Center to Delhi.Few researchers are flown from India to Philipines(where again its starting(or started) some research center)and back.

Did you work for Oracle before? :roll: I also got sthing to do with Oracle... That's why I am asking....
