javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.JspTag,javax.servlet.jsp.PageContext)cannot be appled to (org.apache.struts.taglib.html.FormTag, javax.servlet.jsp.PageContext)

what does the above error reports?

It means you are passing the wrong parameters to something somewhere in your JSP. Beyond that, no one can say with the scant information you've provided.

does library files have something to do with the error.
