hi, wondering what is the hot knowledge() that a java programmer must have for getting a job ..and also the tools knowledge like IDE, database, jboss, tomcat , framework and etc that needed in market ?

Off the top of my head...
- Good oral and written skills - Good people skills - Ability to interact with customers - Can estimate tasks - Understands vertical industry
- Good OO knowledge - Ability to do business analysis - Ability in employer's language/technology

What you know does no good if the people who need to know don't know you that you know.
