I need to somehow invoke server side function from core jstl
Can it be done some how ?

If you feel like you need to do that, you might be missing the point of JSTL.

In a well written, scriptless JSP, any method calls will have already taken place before context is forwarded to the JSP.

Why do you need to do this?

long story , im working in some kind of black box server that support only
that , and i need to call with that backend class.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
