Welcome to JavaRanch.

You'll need to tell us in more detail what you're trying to do. JSP pages ARE HTML, plus embedded JSP tags and sections. If you remove those, the remainder will be HTML. Of course, it will no longer display anything that was generated and output in those sections/tags. Is that what you want?

End users always see HTML pages. The JSP executes on the server to create the HTML page to send to the client.

What besides that is it that you are really trying to do?

I believe many people want to pages sooner the better, it is best to static, improve customer access speeds. Also facilitates the search engine search.
We hope that our readers dynamic database pages, as far as possible, the generation of static pages.
so i wish somebody help me and give the model simple.

If the pages are static write them in HTML to begin with. If they're not, you can't write them in HTML and get any dynamic data.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
