Getting values from a select box

hi Everyone,


I have a jsp in which i have written a java script for a select box.I have populated this select box with some dynamic values.After selecting the values from select box when click on the submit button the next page should display the values i have selected in the select box.

How can we retrieve from select box in the jsp page.

Can anybody hep me

If you try to handle the particular combobox you can make use of the request.getParameter("comboBox"). Here you have to specify the combo box name inside the double quotes.

Spl note:

If you are trying to make use of the object in javascript make use of the getElementById('') with the name of the object which would help you in retrieving the value of the combobox.
