Hi
is there any way by which i can hide Parameters in URL.
I have to use "post" method only.
I am hardcoding parameters in URL from a jsp page...
then submitting the page...to another jsp..
now in this second jsp these parameters could be sen at URL...

i want to hide these Parameters.....

Is there any approach by which i could achieve this....

thanks in advance......

Why don't you make those parameters hidden fields of the form you're submitting? Of course, they're still part of the HTML page, and can be seen by anyone who cares to look at the page source.

Hi
I have made parameter field hidden.
now submitted the form..
but passed parameters are still visible in URL...

My point is that i dont want to show those parameters in URL....
"Post" is an option other than "Get"
but is there any other way to do this......

thanks.

GET parameters will always be part of the URL; you have to use POST if you want to avoid that.

Change the form method to post
<form method="POST" action="">
</form>

doing so will hide the parameters.
