I'm guessing that, because your jsp:forward tag has a body, the JSP compiler is expecting parameter tags.

Try changing:
<jsp:forward page="<%=pageFrames%>">
</jsp:forward>

to:

<jsp:forward page="<%=pageFrames%>" />

BHAVESH SHA, please do us all a favor and modify your display name to mixed or lowercase. The all uppercase is rather jarring and hard to read.

I think it should work with <jsp:forward page="<%=pageFrames%>" />.

If not delete the work folder under your tomcat and then try.
