File transfer both upload and download using jsp. sir please give me the full code.

JSPs aren't suitable for file handling. Use a servlet instead.

The server side of a file upload can be handled by a library like Apache Commons FileUpload.

The easiest way to download a file is to put it on the server and link to it. Or do you mean streaming the file to the browser?
