This company is located at Mumbai, Powai (str 1000 people), and provide service to e-learning industries like pearson. Good thing about them is they use to offer good pay, if they understand that your experience is deserve that. There project are mostly with good technology.

Bad things: environment is always pressure base(tight scehdule).

Hi Soniya,

My personal opinion abt this company is not so good. I will tell you my experience.

I was working with a small company and was desperately seeking for change. I got an interview call from this company (that time it was known as "Mentorix"). That time they were located in Andheri, solitaire Park. The office interior was very good and tempting.

They offered me salary which was almost double than what i was getting that time but the position was on 6 months renewable contract. Can you believe this, they gave me offer without taking my interview???

Then they asked all candidates (more than 100 candidates were there) to go their 2nd office near sakinaka - andheri. The office was too shabby. There they gave offer letters to everyone and they asked us to join from very nxt day. They were not ready to wait for even 2 days.

The reason behind taking so many people without taking interview was - they were showing to the client, these many people working on the project and billing to the client. But in actual very few people were working on it.

After seeing all this things, i refuse to join there. But one of my friend joined there as she was not having a job at that time. They took her on 6 mnts contract and they used to renew the contract every 6 mnths. After 2 yrs they took her on their roles and finally she is in US now. But during the contract period, she was under tremendous pressure. She can be laid off any time.

Not only this, the hiring rate is very high for this company but at the same time the laying off is also very high.

So my personal experience with this company is not good and i never heard anything good abt this company.

Regards,

Grishma
