Null pointer exception in jsp

Hi,
Iam getting null pointer exception in jsp while invoking java class in jsp using import attribute .
iam developing application with struts....
i have copy pasted my console here......

I'm assuming that _DARatesForm.java is your class? In that case what is it trying to do on the line it gets the NullPointerException?
