Hi Rajesh,

Next time you post, could you please use code tags, and remove the style information that does not affect the functionality of the page. Posting unformatted code and long style strings makes it hard to read your code.

It looks like the code you posted is okay, as far as I can tell. Can you show us the javascript function you use for validating the form? Don't forget the code tags (there is a [ CODE ] button under the editor which will insert the tags for you).
