how to use type4 jdbc drivers

hi all,
i was suggested to use type4 jdbc drivers on the web, so where cna i get them, n how can i use them. i know bout jdbc, so if anyone can help, thanx a lot in advance . adios.

try the following page for a list of drivers.........
you can just load the driver in your import statement and use it
like any other......
See the drivers documentation for the Url you need to specify to register the driver with the JVM.
there is not much difference in the usage of the different types can the use the setCatalog() method to specify the database you need to access.
