Is Serialization Better?

Hi ,
I am building an website which allows the teachers to conduct online test. I am storing all the questions in a database. There are mnay question types like multiple choice questions , true/false questions etc . Will it be better can i store the Test class( which is associated with a collection of Question class ) using serialization ??
Pls help me

no do not use serialization for it. the test one person is taking can be taken by another on different end of the world.
