Hi
I am having a strange problem
I have access database
When I am trying to connect to the databse in a standalone program , it is working fine and retrieving necessary data from the databse.
But once I am trying it from a Servlet,
it gives me error Driver not found
I have given the proper data source name and have done the necessary steps to get the necessary driver.
thanks
Debanjana

Hi,
Which servlet container you have? It seems like your servlet container is unable to find driver in its classpath. Put the driver class in the classpath of the container.

Hi,
I think there is a problem with your classpath. You copy the jsdk.jar in jsdk2.0 to c:\jdk1.2.2\jre\ext .

The Java Ranch has a naming policy, described here and "selvi" is not a valid name. Please choose one which meets the requirements.
Thanks.
