I am looking for a free JDBC connection pooling class.
If you have used one that you liked please post any
comments and where to find it.
Thanks in advance,

The Java Ranch has a naming policy, described here and "Butch C" is not a valid name. Please choose one which meets the requirements.
Thanks.

I posted one to Java ranch
here which I have used successfully in the past. I'm currently using a slightly altered version, but I'm not sure about the ownership of it.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
