I have been working with a small product based s/w company in India since its inception, now after working with this company for about 4 years I am looking for a change, I've been offered a job at one big MNC with salary much higher than what I am getting, the problem is at my prsent company I am at a much higher position and it is a growing organisation. I am afraid after joining the big company I might get lost in the sea. At my present organisation I am involved in everything right frm the product design to sales what should I do ?

I agree with Arjun,
Unless it is big money difference, stick with what you have,
it may take you years to get to the point where you are right now.
Change only if you are getting similar position.
