Can anyone please let me know about KANBAY , pune ? What kind of work culture , projects and chances of on-site are available ?

I also thought the same but, one of my friend work there and got engaged with project for 12-14 hrs a day, even Team Lead expect developer to come on saturday and sunday, don't know if this is specific for that account.

Yeah salary is good, but beware of back ground check which may happen even if you joined over 4 months.

well hope they give good compensation and onsite opportunities as well !

Kanbay doesn't give weekly off on sat/sun. Instead its mon/tue, i believe. I think there are very less or no onsite opportunities there.

I know one guy who had 2 yrs experience joined Kanbay showing 3 years experince, never knew that he faced any problems (obviously his reference was his very good contact and previous company owner his relative) and they never found out. he's in US now though Kanbay....

BTW, IMHO avoid PCS/Kanbay/MBT/Satyam, pretty mediocre companies.
