I call a stored procedure from my code which returns me an Integer value which is different every time . I am facing a strange problem . When I call the SP sucessively I dont get the updated values , instead I just get the value I got for the first time I called the SP eg . if the SP returned me a val of say 100 then the next successive calls returned me 100 instead of 101, 102.... . This problem has surfaced only after I tried using Atinav ( Type 4 ) and IDS Server( Type 3) Drivers . But the code works fine with JDBC ODBC Bridge .
The DB I use is MSSQL Server. The Server is JRun but even standalone programs give problem .
Can anyone give any clue to this problem

"Kunal P",
The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please log in with a new name which meets the requirements.
