how to deploy oracle database on site?
it should be accessible to me and my clients.
on free server space is it possible or i'll have to pay for it.
please help

You will have to pay someone to host your Oracle database.

If you want something cheap, open source, check out MySQL.
Doesn't have all the fancy stuff Oracle does, but seems to work just fine.

I understand that postgresql is a more robust database than MySql. It is my understanding that MySql is better for static databases, and doesn't really support transactions. So deadlocks may be a problem
