Does anyone have sample code that I can use to teach myself how to use JDBC with MS ACCESS? Instructions woudl be helpful as well.

The best basic JDBC tutorial I have seen is Sun's. You can get it here.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
