i want to know that how can i connect my JSP to MS-Access and Oracle Database using Type 4 Driver.

Huh? MS-Access and Oracle database? You mean you have linked Oracle tables to an Access DB? You're out of luck. There is no type IV driver for Access. Oracle is another story. Check their website for drivers and documentation.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
