Hi,

I am a mid level J2EE developer with 3 years of experince
in J2EE and i year in C working in USA in a mid size firm.
Last few days, I am thinking abt changing the job.. and
looking for a more chanllenging job in a stable, preferably
big firm. I do not many many friends in IT industry who can
forward my resume. I tried looking at monster / dice but
I hardly find any permanent jobs matching my criteria, and
willing to sponsor H1B visa. I feel there must be challenging
permanent job positions out their in Market. but I do not
know, how can I reach there.

I will appreciate ur suggessions.

Thanks,

Greenhorn
