Decent FREE non-ODBC database drivers

Hi all,
Does anyone know of any free database drivers that don't have to connect through ODBC, yet aren't included in the JDK? I don't know of any that support the latest, and I was looking for some but having trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks,

I just meant general use drivers, like some for Oracle, mySQL, other databases, and not tied to windows with ODBC.

You can get the JDBC drivers for mySQL for free. It's Type IV. Take a look at:
On that page you can also find a link to the PostgreSQL drivers.
