SQL HELP

Am working on a project that involves taking an ACCESS 97 db and recreating it in MS SQL (for database) and JRUN. I'm new at SQL and am unfamiliar with VB. Anyone knows of a good resource website where I can search the knowledge base? Microsoft's site looks more like a labyrinth.. can't find anything on sqlmagazine either.
Thanks a million,

Thanks for the URLs. http://www.mssqlserver.com has actually a good page of FAQs. I'm not as worried about SQL as I am about understanding VB and be able to use the right commands. (for ex. in Access, you can use: IIF i realized the closest equivalent to it would be CASE in sql).
Thanks for your help again.
