Column Name for .csv File

I have a doubt
While inserting Data to .csv / text file from java application there should be atleast one column should specify manually.
Is there anyway to specify the column name [in .csv file] through java application.

I am not totally sure what you are asking.
I have done some work work with .csv files (comma delimitted files). You can use the first row of the .csv file to define column names. Here is an example:

"CLIENT_ID", "CREATE_DATE", "STATUS_CODE"
"123456", "01/01/2001", "001"
"123457", "02/01/2001", "001"
