Can't find CachedRowSet into javax.sql

I can't find CachedRowSet into the javax.sql as I saw inside this sample code: http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/Books/JDBCTutorial/chapter5.html
I'm using JBuilder 5 with JDK 1.3

Make sure that you have the latest servelet package (from Tomcat) in your classpath.
