That's a tall order. Not only that, you're asking about two different technologies...but you wouldn't be the first to get them confused (if you did at all).
JavaBeans are a development framework that relies on Java's Reflection API. By adhering to a naming convention when creating objects (especially graphical objects), a Bean container can load these objects and give graphical development tools and added advantage when using them. For example, if you had a color wheel, if you extended it by exposing its properties to accessor methods (getRedLowRange, setRedLowRange for a field called RedLowRange), an IDE could "reflect" these calls and allow a developer to simply manipulate the values rather than have to code the changes by hand. Tutorials are limited to bean containers (without them, the whole paradigm is kinda pointless, but it *is* a good design to follow regardless). Check out the BDK from Sun and search the web. You can probably avoid buying a book.
Enterprise Java Beans are similiar in name only. Just has JavaBeans are components, so are EJBs. Similarity ends there. EJBs are meant to manage transactional processing and data persistence for enterprise applications. The EJB book published by O'Reilly ("Enterprise JavaBeans, 2nd Edition", Monson-Haefel) is built around one giant tutorial. Download an eval of WebSphere or WebLogic and give the book a spin.

Just saw "online". Sorry. For EJBs, you can download the book "Mastering Enterprise JavaBeans" from theserverside.com. There are also excellent examples included with WebLogic. However, the *best* tutorial I have ever used was Monson-Haefel's in his book.
