Updating tables

Hi all,
I have a program where I create a table in a database and write to it when required. I have successfully created the table, but when I try to write to it using:
String SQLStatement = "INSERT INTO QUEUEMESSAGES VALUES ('BLAH')";
AptJMSFIXTibcoQueueControl.stmt.executeUpdate(SQLStatement);
AptJMSFIXTibcoQueueControl.conn.commit();
I get the error:
java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]There is already an object named 'QUEUEMESSAGES' in the database.
Help!!
