I want to access to a database server(I have it's JDBC driver and I can access to databases published under this server through a java program). but I want to acces to these databases through a Visual Basic program.
Can you help Me

You may want to check one of the VB forums or a VB textbook. Most textbooks on VB, including the VB programmers guide have examples of how to access a DB.
