Setting up the ODBC settings

I know how to set up the ODBC settings in Windows so that my aplication can connect with the database using JDBC.
What I don't know is if an Access DB can be setup with a UNC instead of an absolute path similar to the way an SQL Server is setup in the ODBC settings.
