installing PostgreSQL on Windows 2000

Could someone please tell me if I can install PostgreSQL on Windows 2000?If yes then how?

I have tried it but couldn't get it working.I followed the instructions in http://www.ejip.net/faq/postgresql_win_setup_faq.jsp
If you go to the first section Overview-->Steps to set up PostgreSQL on Windows-->Select Packages to Download Screen
I have tried downloading the packages but it has taken me more than 2 hours but still all the packages are not downloaded.Can you please guide me through this step in detail.
