jdbc racle:thin is the driver type
@147.89.124.140 is the Oracle Server IP
:1527 is the port number
:MS is the Sid, you nead a : there not a space.
"scott" is the user
"tiger" is the password.
Hope that helps
jdbc racle:thin@ServerAddress ortNumber:SID,user,password

You should be able to get them from your DBA. and if they already have a DNS name for the server you can use that instead of the IP address. Port 1521 is the default, so if they use that, that is what it is.
