Questions asked in H1B

Hi all,
One of my friend is having personal apperance for H1B in Chennai. Can any one throw light on what sort of questions are asked for H1B.

I guess the following questions might be asked.

1)Why you want to go to USA?/Purpose
2)why are you leaving your current job
3)how many years you want to stay in US

if you are going from a big firm to small consultancy, they may ask you the reason specifically.

any other questions are welcome.
