Multiple result sets possible with Oracle?

Is it even possible to return multiple result sets with Oracle?
I am in the middle of porting a SQL Server app to Oracle, and there are several stored procedures that return multiple result sets. I don't know how the heck this would translate to PL/SQL unless I have an OUT parameter for each resultset. I would rather not do that though, since then the signature of the stored proc would be different for each database.
Ideas anyone? Is getMoreResults() even implemented in the Oracle JDBC driver?

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
