HELP !!!!!!

I use a DB2 database and want to connect with a java application, and i received the following error:
COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.net.DB2Exception: [IBM][JDBC Driver] CLI0615E "Error recieving from socket. Sever is not responding." SQLSTATE=08S01
The DB2 JDBC Applet Server is started !!!
what's the problem ???
