Can we change the database asssigned to a particular user DSN(Data Source Name using MS acess driver)using java code.If so, please give me the code.

Did you know there is a JDBC Forum? I am sure someone will move this.
As far as your question, I don't think so. At least not without using JNI. Also, asking for code will get you nowhere, but asking for help will get you everwhere.
