I downloaded Oracle JDBC driver
The driver zip file contains this class:
Does Oracle provide an implementation of the javax.sql.RowSet interface?

Oracle does provide an implementation of javax.sql.RowSet

Note that the original question is over two years old. Normally, I'd say that the original poster might not still be around, but I know Sean is!

This article explains the RowSet configuration. The jar Sean mentioned is in the Oracle JDBC library once you install Oracle.
