What way I could configure MySQL database to accept "iso-8859-2" charset under windows.
MySQL documentatin says to me how to to do that under Linux.
But what about windows?
That would solve my problem, because right now I have to explicitly convert anything I read from my database using getBytes("iso-8859-2") method.
