I am executing a stored procedure with no luck. Here's the senario...

This method is being called with an encrypted String. When I call the stored procedure to decrypt the value an exception is being thrown. Below is the exception.

I believe this error is occuring because my value has a single hyphen in the String and Oracle things this is the end of the String. I tried to override the hyphen by placing another hyphen where ever it occurs in the String but that didn't help either.
Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Ryan

hi,
Make sure that the length of the data to be encrypted or decrypted is a multiple of 8 bytes.
